Story a Day A new short-short story on the regular.

Sometimes the weight of the world can be resting on your shoulders. Just pushing down on you—heavy, as you hold up the earth under the grip of your callousing fingers. Sometimes it’s not really as big as the world, but that weight is still heavy. You’ll want to give up, and you’ll want to feel that you can’t go on any longer. Try not to think that—I know, it’s not as easy as it sounds, but just please shine it through. Show everyone what you’re made of. You’re made of so much. So many good things. And all those good things are strong enough to hold up the globe like a shiny sphere. A beacon of everything that is the good in people. Help and show the rest of us, how really good we all are.
