Party in the Park.
We heard music booming from the distance and wondered what it was. We ventured into a part of the forest we never knew existed. Everything to us was epic. Climbing up this steep and winding gravel road, we found a festival. Cars lined up in neat little rows on the lawn and tents everywhere. I had no idea where we were; I’d never seen this part of the park before. We imagined it was the “Ultimate Beer Party”. The ones that people win on TV. Lots of booze, lots of people and lots of girls. You never hear about what those parties are like. They’re probably full of awkward losers who drink way too much beer. They probably collect the boxes and win the contests. It must be a party of losers, we thought. That’s probably why you never hear about those parties—they’re full of losers. We turned around and journeyed back to the car. We had found where the music was coming from. We imagined it would be something greater.
